We pride ourselves on Free 2nd Day Air Shipping with no minimum order limit. Our Service is what we are all about and that includes our fast and efficient shipping process. Currently, we provide Free 2nd day Air Shipping on all our products to the lower 48 states and free return shipping via FedEx Ground (We get that not everything works out and there is no reason for you to be footed with the bill). All products are normally shipped within one business day.

Typically your orders are shipped via FedEx. However, there are rare occasions when a shipment will be made through the USPS Priority Mail, such as when the shipping address is to a PO Box. International Shipments will always be shipped USPS.

Adventure Shed's Free Shipping Guarantee means shipping is free for the lower 48 states -- even if you need to return a product for any reason at all.

Your 100% satisfaction and determination to use and recommend AdventureShed.com to your friends and family is paramount. We strive to accept all returns up to 90 days, but due to our lawyers bad mood, we guarantee returns, no questions asked, up to 30 days for unused items. After 30 days, give us a call and we will do everything we can to work around our pesky lawyers.

To return a product within 30 days of your purchase date, please follow the following steps:
(Do not ship your return without contacting us and receiving a RA number first)

1. Call us at (866-562-1554) or send an e-mail to returns@adventureshed.com order number (found in order confirmation e-mail sent during checkout) and product information.

2. Wait for receipt sent to you which will include confirmation that the return request was received, a RA(Return Authorization) number, and a Return shipment label.

3. After you receive your return shipping label, simply attach it to the outside of the box containing all products being returned and drop it off at any FedEx location.

4. If you are returning a defective item within 30 days of the purchase date you will receive a full refund and be reimbursed for return shipping.

 

 

 

5. If you are returning a defective item outside the 30 day limit, and our lawyer won’t let us take it back, please call us at 866- 562-1554 and we will work with you and the manufacturer to implement any warranty which is available

6. If your item is not defective and you would like to return it, the product must be in it’s original, re-sellable, condition and unused. Within the first 30 days we will issue you a full refund, Including the original shipping amount. If your return is outside the first 30 days, we will do whatever we can to get you a full refund.

For the 100% Satisfaction Guarantee to be in effect, please ensure any return includes the following:

Original packaging (manufacturer’s box, bubble wrap, plastic bags, etc.)

Valid Return Authorization (RA) number. The RA number must not be written on the original manufacturer’s packaging or box.

Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.

The return must be complete and include all accessories (stakes, poles, stuff sacks, etc.) and all manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.). – If there were stickers… you can keep those!!!!
